Daily meditation is important for your physical, mental and spiritual well-being. As humans these three aspects of our bodies need equal amounts of attention and training for us to feel whole. When we meditate we allow ourselves to see, from a viewpoint of stillness, areas in our life that need our attention. Meditation also allows us to see the answer's to mend those areas of attention. This allows us to continually adjust to life's changes making us feel that we are keeping up with life rather than a feeling of being left behind. It also is a space for us to ask a question we need an answer for e.g. health, family, money, career etc.
A minimum of 12 minutes a day will leave you with a feeling of direction in your life.
Do not over exert any part of the body during the sitting, then we can progress slowly, surely and everlastingly
