Nei-Gong is an ancient Chinese art form of internal exercises for keeping the body healthy. The idea being that all humans have an energy system (electricity) and when this energy is flowing smoothly we are balanced and when it is disrupted we feel out of balance. Through basic streching and using the mind and breath to assist this flow of energy we can keep our "battery" topped up and know how to top it up when it's low. This fascinating art form can be used by anyone regardless of age and/or physical situation.

An ancient Chinese poem states:-

"When one does external exercises, one must do internal exercises".

"When one does internal exercises one may forget to do external exercises".
